What we collect

If you join a waiting list or our newsletter, we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone if you share it, and what you wrote. If you donate, our payment processor handles your card — we never see or store card numbers; we keep the gift amount and a payment reference for the ledger.

What we use it for

• To reach back when you ask us to — that's the whole point of a waiting list.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for (one a month, and you can leave anytime).
• To understand how the site is used, so we can make it better (standard analytics).

What we will never do

We will never sell your information. We will never share a Veteran's story or photo without consent on file. We are here to serve this community, not to harvest it.
